PTA Tax Exemption & Reimbursement Forms

 

The Woodrow PTA is a tax-exempt organization, and any taxes paid cannot be reimbursed.  Please use the Tax Exempt Form when making purchases for the PTA.  

 

All expenses can be submitted for reimbursement using our online Reimbursement Form.

To develop between educators and the general public such united efforts as will secure for all children and youth the highest advantages in physical, mental, social and spiritual education
