If your student is a Freshman or Senior, they must upload a birth certificate with their registration. You may also bring a copy of the birth certificate to be scanned on registration day. A birth certificate is needed for name verification and to ensure the correct spelling on a student’s High School diploma.

To upload a birth certificate if you have already registered, go to https://choose.dallasisd.org, login, scroll down to the bottom, choose your student, and then click View Registration Confirmation. Scroll down to Section 14.10 - Other Documents to upload a copy of the birth certificate.
